Create a customer list report to gain a comprehensive view of your customer database. This guide helps you manage customer profiles, ensuring your data is accurate and up to date. By viewing and analyzing customer information, you can identify trends, improve customer engagement, and tailor your marketing strategies. This approach enables you to maintain an organized database, enhance customer relationships, and drive business growth.
π Note: If you have multiple diaries within the same group, then your customer database is shared.
Obtain your customer list
Follow the steps below to view your customer list:
Click Reports, then New Customer List.
Customise your report from the right menu:
Search: Add a surname or email address to search for your specific customer.
Date type: Visit date, booking made date or date registered.
Date Range: Select a date range for this report.
Filters: VIPs, block status.
Click Edit the columns and their list.
Add the options you prefer, then click Done.
Click Run Report.
Manage your customer list
Follow the guidance below to manage your customer list once obtained:
Click Export, then Export as CSV to download.
Click Print, follow on screen instructions to print.
Click the Right arrow
icon to:Open the booking history.
Open the marketing history.
Get more information like customer ID or registered date.
Click the Tick box
next to each customer to:Click the Three dots
icon to:Edit the customer profile.
β οΈ Important: You can't delete a customer that has a future booking.
