Blocking a customer can help you manage problematic interactions, while unblocking allows you to restore their access when necessary.
Block your customer
Follow the steps below to block your customer profile:
Open your customer profile from the magic search.
From the pop-up window scroll down and click Block.
Unblock your customer
Follow the steps below to unblock your customer profile:
Click Reports, then Customer List.
Untick search by visit date.
Add the customer details.
Click Get list.
Click Unblock Customer.
β οΈ Important: If the customer profile is blocked they'll get an error message when attempting to book online and you'll get a pop-up window, when attempting to complete the booking internally.
