Block your customer profile

You can manually block and unblock your customer profiles.

Managing customer interactions effectively is crucial for maintaining a smooth and efficient booking process. This guide will walk you through the steps to block or unblock a customer in your system. Blocking a customer can help you manage problematic interactions, while unblocking allows you to restore their access when necessary.

Block your customer

Follow the steps below to block your customer profile:

  1. Open your customer profile from the magic search.

  2. From the pop-up window scroll down and click Block.

Unblock your customer

Follow the steps below to unblock your customer profile:

  1. Click Reports, then Customer List.

  2. Untick search by visit date.

  3. Add the customer details.

  4. Click Get list.

  5. Click Unblock Customer.

⚠️ Important: If the customer profile is blocked they'll get an error message when attempting to book online and you'll get a pop-up window, when attempting to complete the booking internally.
