Ensure your customer records are accurate and up to date by using our customer merge function. The diary will automatically merge all your customer profiles that have two or more important identical fields, this operation happens every day overnight. Important fields include surname and one of the following:
First name.
Phone or mobile number.
Email address.
Merge your customers
Follow the steps below to merge your customer profiles:
Click Reports, then New Customer List.
Customise your report from the right menu:
Search: Add a surname or email address to search for your specific customer.
Date type: Select visit date.
Date Range: Select all.
Click Run Report.
Click the Tick box
next to each customer.Click Merge from the menu at the bottom.
Complete the text fields at the top with your merged customer details.
Click Merge.
