Export your data from your diary to manage your reservations and customer information effectively. This guide helps you switch your diary offline to stop accepting online reservations via ResDiary, pull a list of your bookings for a chosen date range, extract your full database, and gather marketing data for customers who have opted in to hear from you.
β οΈ Important: Before exporting your data we recommend to disable your online availability.
Export all your future bookings
Follow the steps below to export all your future bookings:
Click Reports, then Booking Reports.
Click Booking details from the top left.
Complete the following options from the right window:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by booking date or visit date.
Date range: Select a range of date that end until a future year.
Click Edit columns you and and their order.
Add customer email and visit date and time.
Click Run Report.
Click Export, then Export as CSV.
Export your full customer list
Follow the steps below to export your customer list:
Click Reports, then New Customer List.
From the right menu, set your date range to all.
Click Edit the columns and their list.
Add any extra options you prefer, then click Done.
Click Run Report.
Click Export, then Export as CSV.
