You can easily export all your future reservations from BookATable to migrate them into ResDiary. If more than 100 bookings you can arrange a booking import, alternatively we suggest you follow this guide to create your reservations.
Export your BookATable bookings
Follow the steps below to export your BookATable reservations:
From your BookATable dashboard, click Insight.
From the report section on the left, click Detailed Booking Export.
From the date section on the right, click Next Month.
⚠️ Warning: BookATable unfortunately doesn't allow reports longer than one month time, so you'll need to repeat the above action several month
Click Export.
Merge all your bookings under the same CSV file.
You can now arrange you booking import if this includes more than 100 bookings.
⚠️ Important: As this involve another system the steps might not be accurate, we recommend you to speak to BookATable support if you are having problems with the export file.
