Reserve with Google is one of the biggest advances the bookings industry. It allows guests to book a table at your venue, directly from Google search, or Google maps, in just a few clicks. As a ResDiary customer, you can take advantage of it, completely commission free.
Before integration, ensure:
Your Google business profile is active and claimed.
Your business name, address, and phone number in ResDiary exactly match Google’s listing.
The profile is linked to the correct category like restaurant, bar or cafe. If it is a hotel listing you will need to register a separate Google my business account for both hotel and restaurant.
Your online bookings are enabled on ResDiary.
⚠️ Important: Reserve with Google only supports a maximum party size of ten covers and accepts reservations only up to 30 days in advance.
Enable reserve with Google
Follow the steps below to enable your reserve with Google integration:
Click Settings, then Venue and Dish Cult Listing Details.
Scroll at the bottom of the page to reserve with Google.
Switch the toggle
to on.Click Update.

Bookings via Google follow your live availability and may take up to 24 hours time for availability to update changes.
If you have promotions assigned to the RWG channel, then your availability will be automatically blocked when those are valid as this feature is not supported.
