Send birthday emails to build loyalty and encourage repeat visits. Offer a small reward, like a complimentary drink or dessert to give your diners a reason to celebrate with you. This guide shows how you collect birthday information, create a targeted marketing list, design your birthday mailer, and schedule it to reach customers at just the right time.

Track down customers birthday

Follow the steps below to gather your customer's birth dates:

  1. Click Promote, then Widget Configurator.

  2. Edit your widget.

  3. Click Contact Details Settings.

  4. Enable show date of birth and required date of birth.

  5. Click Continue to save.

πŸ€“ Tip: You can also add your customer birth date internally by clicking on the Details page on your booking from. Remember to also ask your customers their consent for marketing purposes.


Send birthday offers to your customers

Follow the steps below to send birthday offers to your customers:

  1. Create a marketing list and filter it by birthday for the next five weeks.

  2. Send your marketing campaign to the birthday list.
