The ResDiary Plus app offers a fast and flexible way to manage bookings directly from your mobile device. It’s designed to help you stay on top of reservations, make quick updates, and manage your diary without needing to be at a desktop. The app is currently available only in english.
⚠️ Important: Ensure you have a stable internet connection before using ResDiary Plus on your mobile.

Download ResDiary Plus mobile
Before moving forward ensure your device is updated to the latest version and you have already created an user to access ResDiary.
⚠️ Important: Users with read only permissions will not be able to log in.
Follow the steps below to download your app:
Open the play store or app store.
Search ResDiary Plus.
Click the download button.
Manage your interface
Below is a list of actions your can take from your RD Plus mobile interface:
At the top you can several settings:
Click the Clock
icon to select a service.Click on the current date to open the calendar and change date.
Click the Plus
icon to add a booking.Click the User
icon to open your settings.
At the bottom you can navigate your in service tools:
Click the List
icon to open your booking list.Click the Table
icon to open your table plan.Click the Grid
icon to open the grid view.Click the Close
icon to open your close outs page.Click the Eye
icon to open an overview.
🤓 Tip: You can drag and drop your bookings from your table and grid view to move them around.
View your booking list
Follow the guidance below to manage your booking list on RD Plus mobile:
Click the List
icon to open your booking list.From the left of each booking you can see the following:
Customer name and surname.
Booking arrival and leave time.
Click the Clock
icon to select a status for your table.From the right of each booking you can see the following:
Number of covers.
Promotion
icon if there is one attached.Comment
icon if there is one attached.
On the right you can see the table number, click it to:
Reassign the table.
Unallocate the table.
Edit your booking card
Follow the steps below to edit your booking details on RD Plus mobile:
Click the List
icon to open your booking list.Click on the booking.
Click on each information to make changes.
Manage your close outs
Close outs are a tool to block new reservations for specific areas and services. Follow the steps below to manage your close outs on RD Plus mobile:
Click the Close
icon to open your close outs page.Click the Block
icon for each area or service you want to close.Turn your phone in landscape mode to view close out details.
⚠️ Important: If you cannot get your phone in landscape mode check that autorotate is enabled.
Get an overview of your bookings
Follow the steps below to get an overview of your daily bookings:
Click the Eye
icon to open an overview.You have a few options:
On the top you can see the expected arrivals for the current date.
You can change the date from the calendar on the top.
You can click the service name to have an area break down.
