The ResDiary Plus app offers a fast and flexible way to manage bookings directly from your mobile device. It’s designed to help you stay on top of reservations, make quick updates, and manage your diary without needing to be at a desktop. The app is currently available only in english.
⚠️ Important: Ensure you have a stable internet connection before using ResDiary Plus on your mobile.
Create your reservations on ResDiary Plus mobile by watching the video below or follow the steps provided:
Create your walk-in
Follow the steps below to seat a walk-in on RD Plus mobile:
Click the Plus
icon.Click Add Walk-In.
Select the number of covers.
Select a table from the list.
🤓 Tip: You'll get a confirmation notification on top of your screen once the walk-in has been seated.
Create your booking
Follow the steps below to add a booking on RD Plus mobile:
Click the Plus
icon.Select the date from the calendar.
Select the number of covers.
Change the table duration if needed.
Select choose promotion if applicable.
Select the booking time.
Search for your existing guest or click New Guest.
Add the customer details.
Click Create booking.
Manage your bookings
Follow the steps below to cancel or edit a booking on RD Plus mobile:
Click the List
icon to open your booking list.Click your booking.
Click the three dots on the top right.
Click Cancel booking then add your reason.
Click Edit booking to edit the booking details.
