Learn what to do when you need support with your booking experience. This article points you in the right direction for resolving booking queries and knowing who to contact when you need further help.

Get help about your booking

In case you have questions about your reservation that includes the following topics please reach out directly to the venue you've booked and they'll be able to share all the details you need:

  • In case you have problems with cancelling your reservation online.

  • If you cannot confirm your booking online.

  • If you are having problems completing or editing your reservation online.

  • When you cannot find availability for your dining experience.

  • Should you not receive your confirmation email once the booking is completed.

  • If you need to review or remove your reservation.

  • If you need to request a refund for your payment.

  • Should you want to reserve, but the venue is closed.
