Set custom durations for your promotions

Customise booking duration outside standard time rules using promotions.

You can apply a unique duration time to your promotions, separate from your standard average time rules. This allows you to tailor booking lengths specifically for promotional offers, giving you more flexibility in managing availability.

Add you custom duration variable

Follow the steps below to add a custom duration to your bookings using promotions:

  1. Before moving forward ensure you've created your basic promotion.

  2. Click Promote, then Promotions and click the Edit icon.

  3. Click Validity.

  4. Click the Edit icon next to your validity period.

  5. Click Duration Variables, then Add.

  6. Fill the following fields:

    • Min covers: The minimum number of covers for which this rule applies.

    • Max covers: The maximum number of covers for which this rule applies.

    • Duration: The custom table duration for this validity period.

  7. Click Add, then Save.

πŸ“Œ Note: If you have a turn time setup on your diary, then your customer's booking duration time will be minus your turn time.
