Send email receipts for your payments

You can send your customers a receipt of payment from your Stripe dashboard.

You can decide to manually send an email receipt of a payment or setup automatic email receipts to your customers.

Send your digital receipts manually

Follow the steps below to send your email payment receipts manually:

  1. Login to your Stripe dashboard.

  2. Click Payments.

  3. You can find the customer's payment by:

    • Booking reference: Search the description of the payments to match the booking reference your customer used for that payment.
      ​

    • Customer's email: Search the customer email to match the one used on their booking, then click the customer and ensure the booking reference matches the one on the description found on the right hand side.

  4. Find and click the customer's payment.

  5. From under receipt history, click Send Receipt.


Set your receipts to send automatically

Follow the steps below to automate your email payment receipts:

  1. Login to your Stripe dashboard.

  2. Click Settings, then Customer emails.

  3. Enable the toggle for your chosen transaction types.

  4. Click Save.
