You can utilise different payment methods to better track down how your customer payments are processed.
π Note: Stripe is the only third party payment provider we integrate directly with, the payment methods described in this guide will need to be managed manually from your side.
Enable your payment methods
By default all your payment methods will be disabled, you'll need to enable different options to better track down payment sources that do not involve Stripe by following the steps below:
Click Settings, then Payment Methods.
Click the red circle
icon, this will change to green when is enabled.
Add a custom payment method to your bookings
Follow the steps below to add your custom payment to your bookings:
Click the booking, then the Edit
icon.Click Payments.
Click Add Deposit.
Complete the text fields with the amount you want to charge and a short description, then click Add Deposit.
Click Add Payment.
Under the payment column find your preferred payment method and add the amount due for that booking.
Click Complete, then Save.
Track down your payments
You can have an in depth breakdown on all the actions that happened on your bookings, this includes when a payment was added and for how much.
Click the booking, then History.
In the new window, review the booking history details.
Review the payment amount under Description.
