Use booking extras to offer additional options to customers when they contact you to book, such as a bucket of champagne or flowers. While these extras are for internal use only and not available online, you can process payments through ResDiary with Stripe integration or mark them as paid by other methods like cash or cheque.
Create your booking extra
Follow the steps below to create your booking extra:
Click Promote, then Booking Extras.
Click Manage categories.
Click Add.
Complete the field with your category name, then click Add.
From the booking extra page click Manage Divisions.
Click Add, then complete the subcategory.
From the booking extra page click Add.
Create your booking extra item, then click Save.
Charge your booking for an extra
Attach a booking extra and charge the customer by following the steps below:
Click on the booking.
Click the Edit
icon.Click Payment.
Click Add Extras.
Select the quantity, then click Add.
You have two options:
Click Save.
