If you need to prevent online bookings for a one off date range, you can do so using the except dates feature in your online settings. However, we recommend using closeouts, if plans are subject to change and you decide to reopen availability for just one day.
Disable bookings for specific dates
Follow the steps below to stop online booking for a date range:
Click Settings, then Online Settings.
Locate except dates.
Select a start and end date then click Create Exception.
Click Save.
Remove an exception from your online settings
Follow the steps below to remove an exception date range from your online settings:
Click Settings, then Online Settings.
Locate except dates, then your date range.
Click the X next to your date range.
Click Save.
