ResDiary tracks incomplete bookings to help you manage reservations that were started but not finalised. These alerts appear when a booking reaches the confirmation stage but is either cancelled internally or left incomplete due to missing payment or card details. This ensures you’re aware of any reservations that need attention and prevents unexpected gaps in your diary.
There are two way to stop alerts from showing:
Flag your incomplete bookings as read.
Disable your incomplete booking notifications.
Mark your incomplete bookings as read
Follow the steps below to flag your incomplete bookings as read:
Click Reports, then Incomplete Bookings.
Select one of the two options:
Click Add Report, then complete the form with your preferences and click Run Report.
Click All Upcoming to see all the future incomplete bookings.
Click Mark as Read.
Switch off your incomplete booking alert
Follow the steps below to disable your incomplete booking notifications:
Click Settings, then Interface Settings.
Disable display incomplete booking notifications.
Click Save Settings.
