Pay attention to the bell icon
on you bookings as it highlights reservation made shortly before arrival. This visual alert helps your team stay informed of last minute reservations, ensuring smooth service and quick response times. You can customise the alert behavior in your diary settings to suit your venue’s needs.
Set you alert behavior
Follow the steps below to set your last minute booking alert:
Click Settings, then Interface Settings.
Locate last minute booking alerts.
Enable show for internal bookings and show for all other.
Insert your preferred number of minutes on the text field.
Click Save Settings.
🤓 Tip: You can double-click the bell
icon to acknowledge the notification and disable it for that specific reservation.
