Create your booking codes

You can create codes to mark your bookings.

Use Booking Codes to quickly identify the type of booking at a glance. Each code displays a unique icon in the diary, helping teams spot key details like allergies, special requests, or package types. These codes can be added during booking, viewed in the diary, and reported on for deeper insights.

⚠️ Important: Scroll at the end of this article to find a list of all the symbols you can use.

Create your new booking code

Follow the steps below to create your booking code:

  1. Click Settings, then Booking Codes.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Add your booking code name.

  4. Add your alphanumerical symbol.

    ⚠️ Warning: You can’t use symbols D, L, R and S because they are system reserved. You can also use the same symbol only for one booking code.

  5. Click Save.

🤓 Tip: You can always view your icon description by pressing L on your keyboard while on the grid view.


Add your booking code to your reservation

Follow the steps below to add your booking codes to your bookings:

  1. From your diary main page, click Book.

  2. From the left window select your Booking Codes.

  3. Complete the booking as normal.

📌 Note: Your booking code will appear as an icon to your reservation.


Create your booking code report

Follow your steps below to create your booking code report:

  1. Click Reports, then Booking Reports.

  2. Click Booking Details from the left hand side.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Venues: Select for what venue this report is.

    • Date Type: Select what date range you want to use

  4. Click Add Filter.

  5. Filter by Booking code.

  6. Select your booking code from the list.

  7. Click Run Report.
