Create your customer codes

You can add codes to your customer’s profile.

Use Customer Codes to tag guest interests and preferences. This feature helps personalise bookings, streamline reporting, and improve customer insights. You can add, view, and report on customer codes directly from your diary and booking tools.

⚠️ Important: This feature is available for internal bookings only. Online bookings do not support it.

Add your new customer code

Follow the steps below to create your new customer code:

  1. Click Settings, then Customer Codes.

  2. Click Add.

  3. Add your customer code to the text field.

  4. Click Add.


Add your customer code to your booking

Follow the steps below to add your customer code to your internal booking:

  1. From the main page, click Book.

  2. Select your customer code from the text field on the right window.

  3. Complete the booking as normal.

📌 Note: You can locate your customer code on your running order view.


Report on your customer codes

Follow the steps below to create your report for your customer codes:

  1. Click Reports, then Booking report.

  2. Click Booking Details from the left hand side.

  3. Complete the following fields:

    • Venues: Select for what venue this report is.

    • Date Type: Select what date range you want to use

  4. Click Add filter.

  5. Filter by Customer codes.

  6. Select your customer code from the list.

  7. Click Run Report.
