Prevent your booking from sending email and SMS confirmation

You can disable confirmation notification for one reservation.

You can create your booking without sending an email or SMS confirmation. This is useful when entering a customer manually or updating an existing profile without triggering a notification.

⚠️ Important: In order to send SMS to your customers you'll require to sign-up for our add-on package in the first place.

Create your booking without confirmation notification

Follow the steps below to disable email and SMS notification for a booking:

  1. From the diary main page, click Book.

  2. Complete your booking details from the left window.

  3. Complete your customer details from the right window.

  4. From the center bottom part of the booking window disable the tick boxes beside Email and SMS.

  5. Click Complete.

📌 Note: Please speak with our support team if you wish to disable all your email confirmations.
