You can update your system whenever your guest confirms your booking over the phone to obtain a more accurate view of the day’s reservations. The confirm function allows you to mark a booking as confirmed, helping to reduce no shows and improve service coordination.
There are two ways of confirming a booking:
Use the confirm function internally.
The customer can confirm their booking online using the link provided on their reminder email by default.
🤓 Tip: Change your diary colour scheme to confirmation, to better identify which bookings have already been confirmed.
Confirm your customer’s booking
Follow the steps below to confirm your customer’s reservation manually:
Click your customer’s booking.
Click the Confirm
icon.
📌 Note: If your customer’s booking is made within the last 24 hours then the system automatically confirms it.
