Highlight first time visitors and VIPs to deliver a tailored experience that encourages repeat bookings and strengthens customer loyalty. This feature helps your team identify key guests during the booking and service process, ensuring they receive the attention they deserve.
Enable first time visitor indicator
Follow the steps below to enable your first time visitor indicator:
Click Settings, then Interface Settings.
Enable Show first time visitor indicator.
Click Save Settings.
π Note: The diary will automatically recognise when a booking is a first time visit, you'll see the first time
icon on their booking summary and on the grid view.
Flag your customer as VIP
There are two ways to flag your customer as VIP:
While creating your booking enable the VIP tick box from the contact details.
Using the magic search locate the customer profile, then flag the VIP tick box.
π Note: Your VIP customers will be highlighted with a star
icon on all subsequent bookings.
