Cancel your customer’s booking

You can easily cancel your bookings internally.

Bookings can be cancelled directly from your diary with a few quick steps. Cancellation reasons are recorded for reporting purposes, and notifications can be sent to the customer by email or SMS, depending on your settings. All your cancellation reasons can be customised in the system settings to suit your operational needs.

Cancel your customer’s booking

Follow the steps below to cancel your customer’s booking:

  1. Click on your booking.

  2. Click the Cancel icon.

  3. Choose your cancellation reason.

  4. Select if you want to send notifications.

  5. Click Save.

⚠️ Important: Once cancelled your customer’s booking can be found on your cancellation list.
