On your main diary page, you'll notice that bookings for the day appear in various colours. These colours provide a quick visual reference for different factors, such as the guest's arrival status. For example, different colours indicate whether a guest has arrived, is late, has left, or is still expected. You can also customize the view and see a key that explains what each colour means.
Below is a list of all grid view schemes:
Arrival status: Arrived, late, finished.
Preorder status: Completed, incomplete.
Confirmation: Confirmed, unconfirmed.
Payment info: No payment, fully paid, outstanding
Channels: list of your custom and default channels.
Important: bookings marked by comments.
Large party booking type: custom booking type.
Change your grid view colour panel
Follow the steps below to change the colour scheme of your bookings:
From the diary main page, click Arrival Status on the top right.
From the pop-up window select your preferred colour panel.
⚠️ Important: If your diary is already set with a different grid view colour scheme than arrival status, then you'll see its name on the top right.
