If you use Dropbox for managing your function and food order sheets, you can seamlessly add URLs to your bookings in ResDiary. This guide will walk you through the steps to locate your file, copy the Dropbox link, and integrate it into your booking, ensuring that all necessary information is easily accessible.
Connect your function sheet to Dropbox
Follow the steps below to add your Dropbox URL to your bookings:
Locate your file in your Dropbox.
Right click the file and click Copy Dropbox link.
Go back to ResDiary and click the Edit
icon on your booking.Click the View function sheet
icon beside your table dropdown.Paste your Dropbox URL under function sheet URL.
Click Save.
Click on the booking, then the Function sheet
icon to quickly access it.
