ResPhone is designed to solve a common and costly problem in the hospitality industry: missed calls mean missed bookings. When a customer calls a restaurant and doesn’t get through, they often move on, taking their business elsewhere. ResPhone ensures that every call has the potential to convert into a confirmed reservation. Instead of reaching an answering machine, callers are guided through a seamless booking process directly from their phone. The reservation is instantly synced with your ResDiary, following all your existing rules and availability settings.
