ResDiary Plus is our native iPad application for restaurant managers, owners and hosts. Designed to sync directly to your ResDiary online reservation diary system this app helps the management of your restaurant services and allows you to make bookings in online or offline mode. Although you can make reservations while being on offline mode, this can sometimes cause issues when you attempt to resync with the online version. There's three main reason for sync failure:
Bookings overlapping.
A current booking on the table at the time you have tried to book.
Bookings that have a duration that will overlap.
Resolve sync failure
Follow the steps below to resolve your sync failure error:
Click the Sync failure
icon.Swipe the booking to the left.
Click Edit or Delete booking.
If you Edit find availability for the booking.
Click Update.
