ResDiary Plus is our native iPad application for restaurant managers, owners and hosts. Designed to sync directly to your ResDiary online reservation diary system this app helps the management of your restaurant services and allows you to make bookings in online or offline mode.
Switch to offline mode
Follow the steps below to enable offline mode on ResDiary Plus:
Click the three lines
icon on the top left.Click Settings.
Click Preferences.
Turn off the switch beside online.
📌 Note: You will get a red warning on the top of your screen so you are aware that your diary is offline.
Switch your diary back online
Follow the steps below to enable online mode on ResDiary Plus:
Click the three lines
icon on the top left.Click Settings.
Click Preferences.
Turn on the switch beside online.
Click the Sync button
as soon as you are back online.
⚠️ Important: When you attempt to sync your booking you might get a sync failure error.
