Raise a case from ResDiary Plus
Follow the steps below to report a problem or suggest improvements on ResDiary Plus:
Press and hold your sleep and home button.
Select one of the following options:
Report a problem.
Suggest an improvement.
Highlight something specific from the screenshot:
Click the Brush
icon to draw on the image.Click the Zoom
icon for a closer look.Click the Blur
icon to hide sensitive information.Click the Undo
icon to delete previous changes.
Click the right arrow when ready.
Add your email address.
Describe what happened with as much details as you can.
Click Send.
