Use the cancellation list to track all bookings that were once confirmed but later cancelled. This feature gives you quick access to booking history, cancellation reasons, and the ability to reseat guests efficiently helping your team respond to last minute changes with confidence.

Cancel your customer’s booking
Follow the steps below to cancel your customer’s booking:
Locate the customer’s booking from the grid view.
Click on the booking, then click the Cancel
icon. Select one of your reasons for cancelling.
Select if you want to send email or SMS notification.
Click Complete.
📌 Note: You can create or edit your cancellation reasons.
Manage your cancellation list
Your cancellation list icon
is located on the top left of your diary screen.
Follow the steps below to manage your cancellation list:
Go on the correct calendar date.
Click the Cancellation list
icon.Complete one of the following actions:
Review the customer details.
Click the Reseat
icon to move the booking back on the grid.Click the History
icon to open a summary of the booking actions.
⚠️ Important: Your cancellation list is unique for each calendar date.
