The expected arrivals list is a dynamic tool designed to help your reception staff manage guest flow efficiently during service. Use both the arrival's view and table plan, to obtain real time overview of upcoming bookings and their current status on the restaurant floor. This feature lets your team prepare for upcoming guests, spot late arrivals that could affect service, and track bookings waiting in the bar, partially seated, or already at their tables. You can filter by booking type or timeframe, and sort the list to prioritise actions and respond quickly as things change.

📌 Note: Your expected arrival list is located on the left side of your diary main page, if not opened automatically you can click the Expand icon.
