Extract email addresses and other customer details for your future bookings to email them about their booking. Use an email service like Mailchimp to manage and send your mailers effectively, as Resdiary only sends mailers to customers who have opted into your marketing list.
⚠️ Important: You can only send marketing mailers to your opted in contacts.
Export your future booking details
Follow the steps below to extract your future booking details:
Click Reports, then Booking Reports.
Click Booking details from the top left.
Complete the following options from the right window:
Venue: Choose the diary from the list.
Date type: Report by booking date or visit date.
Date range: Select a range of date that end until a future year.
Click Edit columns you and and their order.
Add customer email.
Click Run Report.
Click Export, then Export as CSV.
