The customer list report provides the facility to review customers on the database of your singular restaurant account and if you are part of a restaurant group you can view your entire shared database.
📌 Note: You can't retrieve a customer list per diary using our legacy feature, we recommend you use our new customer list.
Retrieve your entire customer database
Follow the steps below to report on your entire database:
Click Reports, then click Customer List.
Untick search by visit date to also include customers that haven't visited your venue, but have been registered.
Click Get List.
Click Export All Details to CSV to download a copy of your list.
📌 Note: For group restaurants the database shown will be the total of all your customer profiles within all restaurant sites within your group.
Search your specific customers
Below you can find steps to find your specific customers:
Click Reports, then click Customer List.
Untick search by visit date to also include customers that haven't visited your venue, but have been registered.
Enter any of the following customer details on the correct fields:
First name.
Surname.
Mobile.
Email.
Company.
Click Get List.
